"Because everyone eats, they make food choices, and because everyone makes food choices with their dollars, they're also, in a sense, farming -- the origin of most food"
When you keep a garden, that statement doesn't sound so weird. Gardening is a word that says 'sweet tea and sunshine' when all farming produces in the mind is sweat and dust. When you are gardening, you don't just know it, you feel it in your body. You gather with nature in a sense of expectation attuned to the weather, the sounds of summer insects, and the seasonal swing of planting, picking and preparation.
But try for yourself! Gardening is not only fun, but it's also a way to exercise, enjoy the out-doors, beautify your yard and taste what real food is all about!
We offer annual gardening services to those with or without prior gardening experience on a warm and friendly face-to-face basis.
